Hip-Hop Fitness Class
(8 weeks) Mondays & Wednesdays 2:00pm
This exciting, high energy class is where exercise meets hip-hop. Kids and parents will join Mr. Rick in live video exercise sessions twice a week for eight weeks. They can also take part in classroom discussions. Learners may join in any week, without needing to catch up on previous material, and stay for as many weeks as they want.
Students will spend 35 minutes moving their bodies- stretching, jumping, and exercising. The first 5-10 minutes will be spent stretching and introducing ourselves, followed by 20 minutes of moving, and closing with a 5 minute wrap up. We will interact with other students by “passing exercises” and introducing new exercises. This class will be fun and engaging!
During this live session, learners will be need to come to class in appropriate workout clothing.

Lessons 1-8 will consist of stretch heart pumping exercises (including, but not limited to: jumping jacks, sit ups, burpees, mountain climbers, etc...) Cool down time
